Drain Cleaning
Professional drain cleaning for kitchens, bathrooms, and main lines. Residential and commercial properties.
Slow Drains Get Worse.
The kitchen sink is draining slow again. You poured some chemical drain cleaner down there last month and it worked for a couple weeks. Now it's back. Sound familiar? Those chemical cleaners are actually making it worse. They eat through the clog a little bit, but they also eat through your pipes. Every time you pour that stuff down the drain, you're trading a professional cleaning for a pipe replacement down the road. And the clog always comes back because the chemicals don't remove the buildup on the pipe walls. They just punch a small hole through it. Cole's Plumbing uses commercial-grade drain cleaning equipment. Cable machines for tough clogs. Hydro-jetting for full pipe restoration. We actually clean the pipe, not just poke a hole in the blockage. One visit and the drain works like new.

Time to Call
Any of these sound familiar? Call us. Small problems don’t stay small.
- Water draining slower than normal in any fixture
- Gurgling sounds when water drains

- Bad smells coming from the drain
- Water backing up into the shower when you flush the toilet
- You've used chemical drain cleaner more than twice this year
- Standing water in the bathtub after a shower

How It Works
Every clog is different. Grease, hair, tree roots, broken pipes. We figure out which one before we start.
Diagnose the blockage type
Our service call gets a plumber to your home. We determine what's causing the clog and where it is. Sometimes it's a simple hair clog 3 feet from the drain. Sometimes it's tree roots 40 feet into your sewer line. The fix is completely different.
Clear it with the right tool
For standard clogs, we use a commercial cable machine that cuts through grease, hair, and buildup. For stubborn or recurring clogs, we use hydro-jetting at 4,000 PSI to scour the pipe walls clean. The right tool matters.
Verify with a camera
After clearing, we can run a camera down the line to confirm it's fully open and check for pipe damage. This is optional but we recommend it if you've had recurring problems. Better to find a cracked pipe now than deal with it as an emergency later.
Why Cole's
No Chemicals, Ever
We don't use chemical drain cleaners and neither should you. Mechanical cleaning actually solves the problem without damaging your pipes.
Master Plumber Diagnosis
A drain clog can be a simple fix or a symptom of a bigger problem. License RMP-40414 means you get a real diagnosis, not a guess.
Hydro-Jetting Available
Most plumbers only carry a cable machine. We also have hydro-jetting equipment for full pipe restoration. It's the difference between poking a hole and actually cleaning the pipe.
200+ Five-Star Reviews.
Chad came out the same day we called. He looked at our water heater, told us exactly what was wrong, gave us a price, and got it done that afternoon. No surprises on the bill. We've used other plumbers in the area and this was by far the best experience.
The last plumber we called tried to sell us a whole new system when all we needed was a valve replacement. Chad was honest about what the actual problem was and fixed it for a fraction of what the other company quoted. That's rare.
We had a slab leak and were panicking. Chad walked us through the whole process, explained what he was doing at every step, and his price was fair. He even followed up the next week to make sure everything was holding. This is the only plumber we'll call from now on.
Straight Answers.
Three common reasons. One: grease buildup that chemical cleaners can't fully remove. Two: tree roots growing into your sewer line. Three: a bellied or broken pipe where debris collects. A camera inspection tells us which one it is so we can actually fix it instead of clearing the same clog every few months.
If you've had the same drain cleaned more than once in a year, yes. Cable machines clear the blockage but leave buildup on the pipe walls. Hydro-jetting at 4,000 PSI scours the pipe back to near-original diameter. The clog doesn't come back.
We quote every drain cleaning job before starting. Price depends on the type of clog and equipment needed — a single drain with a standard clog is straightforward, while recurring problems on the main line may call for hydro-jetting. Either way, you know the cost before we start.
We strongly recommend against it. Chemical drain cleaners contain sodium hydroxide that corrodes pipes, especially older ones. They also don't fully clear the clog — they dissolve just enough to restore some flow, but the buildup remains and the clog returns faster each time. A professional cleaning is cheaper in the long run than replacing corroded pipes.
A single drain: 30 to 60 minutes. Main sewer line cleaning: 1 to 2 hours. Hydro-jetting the main line: 2 to 3 hours. We're in and out faster than you'd expect.
