Emergency Plumbing
Burst pipes, flooding, gas leaks. Residential and commercial emergency response. Call now — we respond fast.
Every Minute Counts Right Now.
It's 2 AM. Water is pouring from somewhere you can't identify. You're standing in your kitchen in bare feet and the floor is already covered. Your first thought isn't which plumber to call. It's panic. Plumbing emergencies don't wait for business hours. Burst pipes, sewage backups, gas leaks, overflowing water heaters. These things happen at the worst possible time. And every minute you wait, the damage gets worse. An inch of standing water in your home can cause serious damage to flooring, drywall, and furniture. Cole's Plumbing offers same-day emergency service for the DFW metroplex. Call (972) 210-9033 before noon and we'll be there today. After hours, we do our best to respond the same evening or first thing the next morning. We've been handling plumbing emergencies in Carrollton, The Colony, Lewisville, Coppell, and Grapevine since 2001. When your house is flooding, you need someone who picks up the phone and knows what they're doing.

What Happens When You Call
Emergencies are chaotic. We bring the calm.
Stop the water
First priority is always stopping the flow. We walk you through shutting off the water over the phone while we're on the way. If you can't find the shut-off, we'll locate it when we arrive.
Assess and contain
We identify the source, contain the damage, and explain what happened. No jargon. No scare tactics. Just a clear explanation of the problem and what it takes to fix it.
Repair or temporary fix
If we can make the full repair on the spot, we do. If it's a larger job that needs to be scheduled, like a slab leak or sewer line replacement, we make a temporary fix to get you through safely and schedule the full repair.
Document for insurance
We take photos and provide documentation of the damage and the emergency repair. If you need to file an insurance claim, you'll have what you need from our end.

200+ Five-Star Reviews.
Chad came out the same day we called. He looked at our water heater, told us exactly what was wrong, gave us a price, and got it done that afternoon. No surprises on the bill. We've used other plumbers in the area and this was by far the best experience.
The last plumber we called tried to sell us a whole new system when all we needed was a valve replacement. Chad was honest about what the actual problem was and fixed it for a fraction of what the other company quoted. That's rare.
We had a slab leak and were panicking. Chad walked us through the whole process, explained what he was doing at every step, and his price was fair. He even followed up the next week to make sure everything was holding. This is the only plumber we'll call from now on.
Straight Answers.
During business hours, no. Same service call, same repair rates. After-hours calls may include an additional trip charge depending on the time. We tell you this on the phone before dispatching so there are no surprises.
Shut off the water at the main shut-off valve. It's usually near the water meter in the front yard or in the garage. Turn the valve clockwise until it stops. If you can't find it or it won't turn, we'll walk you through it over the phone. Move valuables away from the water and take photos for insurance.
For calls before noon in our service area (Carrollton, The Colony, Lewisville, Coppell, Grapevine), we're typically there within 2 to 4 hours. Severe emergencies like active flooding or gas leaks get priority. After-hours response depends on availability.
Active flooding from any source. Sewage backing up into the home. Gas leaks. Complete loss of water. A burst pipe. An overflowing fixture that won't stop. If water is actively causing damage or there's a safety risk, it's an emergency.
Most homeowner policies cover sudden water damage, like a burst pipe. They typically don't cover gradual damage or maintenance issues. The emergency repair itself usually isn't covered, but the resulting water damage often is. We provide photos and documentation to support your claim.
