How It Works
Gas work requires precision and zero shortcuts. Here's our process.
Electronic leak detection
We use combustible gas detectors to scan every joint, valve, and connection in your gas system. We don't rely on smell alone. The detector reads parts per million, catching leaks too small to smell. Our service call covers this assessment.
Repair the leak
Most gas leaks occur at connections, valves, or corroded sections. We replace the failed component with proper black iron or CSST fittings and apply thread sealant rated for gas. No tape, no shortcuts.
Pressure test the whole system
After any gas repair, we pressure-test the entire gas system at 3 PSI for 15 minutes. Every joint, every connection. If the pressure holds, you're safe. If it drops even slightly, we find and fix the additional leak.
Relight and verify appliances
We relight every pilot and verify every gas appliance is operating correctly before we leave. Stove, water heater, furnace, dryer. Everything gets checked.
