How It Works
We handle all the plumbing for your remodel. The rest is up to your GC or your other trades.
Design consultation
We review your remodel plans and figure out what plumbing needs to move, what can stay, and what needs upgrading. If fixtures are being relocated, we plan the new rough-in. No charge if you're already booking the work.
Rough-in plumbing
Before cabinets, tile, or finish work, we run the new supply and drain lines to the exact locations your design requires. We move gas lines for stove relocations. We add outlets for dishwashers and ice makers. Everything is pressure-tested.
Fixture installation
After your countertops, tile, and cabinets are in, we come back for final connections. Faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, garbage disposals, dishwasher connections. We test everything and check for leaks.
Final walkthrough
We test every fixture, check every connection, verify water pressure, and make sure hot and cold are routed correctly. You sign off when you're happy.

It depends entirely on scope. The biggest cost driver is whether fixtures are moving or staying put. Simple swaps are straightforward. Relocating fixtures requires new rough-in plumbing and adds to the project. We quote after reviewing your plans.
Yes, but it's not cheap. Moving a sink means running new supply lines and a new drain with proper venting to the new location. Sometimes it's the right call for the layout you want. We'll give you a clear quote so you can decide.
Rough-in phase: 1 to 2 days for a bathroom, 1 to 3 days for a kitchen. Final fixture installation: half a day to a full day. There's usually a gap of 2 to 4 weeks between rough-in and final while your other trades do their work.
If you have the walls open, yes. It's the cheapest time to replace old galvanized supply lines with PEX. The labor to open and close walls is already paid for. Adding a repipe during a remodel costs a fraction of doing it as a standalone project.
